What shipped, and what it changed.

Change a policy page and Reply now tells you which answers relied on the old version — with the conversations they went out in, so you can follow up before a customer does.

Media, templates, and delivery receipts all work now, and a customer's history follows them between WhatsApp and email instead of starting over.

Billing can require near-certainty before Reply answers on its own while shipping stays permissive. Set the bar per queue rather than per workspace.

Escalated conversations now arrive with a suggested reply attached. Agents accept, edit, or bin it — accepted drafts are marked in reporting so you can see what it is worth.

Answers begin streaming in under 400ms at the median, down from 1.3 seconds. Long answers finish about twice as fast as they did in March.

Every answer now shows the documents behind it, in the inbox and in the customer-facing transcript. Retire a source and dependent answers are re-checked immediately.
